Smart Obs is a tool for observing Counter-Strike 2 matches. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Free early access

Smart Obs is free during early access. Early access may end, and continuing to use Smart Obs after that may require a paid plan. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before that happens. Nothing you have not agreed to will ever be charged.

Your account

One account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account. You need a working email address, and you have to confirm it before the account works.

Fair use

Do not try to break, bypass or copy the parts of Smart Obs that need an account, share your account, or use Smart Obs to break the rules of Valve, a tournament or a platform. We may block or delete accounts that do.

No guarantees

Smart Obs is provided as it is, and early access in particular can have bugs. It relies on Counter-Strike 2 and HLAE, which can change at any time. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as a broadcast that did not go as planned.

Ending

You can stop using Smart Obs and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We can end the service, with notice by email where we can give it.

Law

These terms are governed by Czech law. Your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in are not affected.
